Wynn Las Vegas To Host Exclusive Wine Dinner Showcasing World Renowned Domaine de la Romanée-Conti on Nov. 8
LAS VEGAS (Oct. 15, 2025) – Wynn Las Vegas will host a wine and culinary experience featuring Domaine de la Romanée-Conti, one of the world's most revered and sought-after wine producers. The wine dinner will be held on Saturday, Nov. 8, at 7 p.m. at PISCES Bar & Seafare, the resort's newest flagship restaurant. The evening is part of Connoisseur by Wynn, a curated series of master classes, tastings and elevated culinary experiences.
"This signature wine dinner anchored with wines from the Domaine de la Romanée-Conti marks a defining moment for wine connoisseurs," said Brian Weitzman, Executive Director of Wine for Wynn Las Vegas. "Guests will have a rare opportunity to experience the artistry and heritage of Burgundy's most iconic estate, paired with Wynn Las Vegas' unmatched culinary excellence and hospitality."
Guests will enjoy a multi-course tasting menu curated by Executive Chef Martin Heierling of PISCES Bar & Seafare, with each course thoughtfully paired with exceptional vintages from the Montrachet, La Tâche and Romanée-Conti vineyards, accompanied by storytelling from the estate and exclusive insight into the legacy from Alban de Brosses, ambassador from the longtime exclusive importer of the Domaine.
Nestled in Burgundy's Vosne-Romanée region, Domaine de la Romanée-Conti is revered for producing some of the world's most exquisite Pinot Noir and Chardonnay wines. With nearly eight centuries of winemaking heritage, the estate continues to define excellence through limited production Grand Cru wines that embody terroir, tradition and timeless craftsmanship.
