Wynn Resorts Releases 2024 Environmental, Social and Governance Report Demonstrating Efforts in Sustainability and Social Responsibility

LAS VEGAS (April 21, 2025) – Wynn Resorts has published its 2024 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report and Corporate Responsibility Review detailing the Company's 2024 responsibility programs. The report highlights key initiatives and milestones that reflect Wynn's dedication to sustainability, employee development, and philanthropic efforts.

The Wynn Resorts ESG Report aligns with select Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards and Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) guidelines, providing a comprehensive overview of the company's responsible business practices. The Corporate Responsibility Review highlights Wynn's dedication to its employees and the communities in which it operates, in addition to the Company's long-term commitment to environmental sustainability.

"Our efforts and areas of focus reflect a pragmatic, real-world approach to empowering our people, deepening our community impact, and advancing our sustainability goals," said Craig S. Billings, CEO of Wynn Resorts. "Every milestone we reached this year was done the Wynn way, through our employees' sense of dedication and proprietorship."

Guided by the pillars of Our People, Our Communities, and Our Planet, the Company focused on the following in 2024:

Empowering Communities. The Wynn Resorts Foundation had its most successful fundraising year to date, raising $1.3 million through the participation of 3,200 employees - strengthening its commitment to nonprofit partnerships and charitable giving. The funds raised directly supported key pillars of education, cultural enrichment, and vibrant communities. The Company also hosted multiple Nonprofit Leadership Retreats, bringing together a total of 438 representatives at Wynn Las Vegas and 144 leaders at Encore Boston Harbor to promote community collaboration and achieve better social impact.

Advancing Sustainability. 34% of the energy used to power Wynn's North American resorts in 2024 came from renewable sources - a key milestone toward the company's goal of sourcing 50% renewable energy by 2030. In addition, the Company invested in a second solar project in Nevada that will provide 20 megawatts of solar power to Wynn and Encore Las Vegas when it becomes operational in 2025.

A Commitment to Employee Growth. Wynn Resorts introduced new programs in 2024 to enhance employee development and workplace engagement. This includes Wynn University, a skills-development program that provides access to courses from the University of Nevada Las Vegas, Boston University, and MasterClass. Additionally, the Company introduced a new employee-facing brand campaign intended to foster connection and peer engagement, leading to a more positive workplace.
