Macao, March 26, 2026 – Wynn is celebrating the start of a stellar 2026, as the culinary teams at Wynn Macau and Wynn Palace garner many prestigious accolades from the world's leading authorities in food and beverage. Six signature restaurants at Wynn have received recognition from the MICHELIN Guide Hong Kong & Macau, the Black Pearl Restaurant Guide, and Asia's 50 Best Restaurants. These awards further solidify Wynn's leading role as a culinary destination in Macao and continue to elevate Macao's status as a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy.

The MICHELIN Guide Hong Kong & Macau 2026: Three restaurants gain "star power"

On March 19, the MICHELIN Guide Hong Kong & Macau 2026 honored three signature restaurants at Wynn with MICHELIN stars:

  • Wing Lei – MICHELIN-starred for 17 consecutive years
    Wing Lei, the renowned Cantonese restaurant at Wynn Macau earned Two MICHELIN Stars once again this year. With Executive Chef Chan Tak Kwong at the helm, Wing Lei has now set a record of receiving MICHELIN stars for 17 consecutive years. These honors are a testament to Wing Lei's commitment to excellence and consistency in presenting Cantonese dishes of the highest quality.
  • Chef Tam's Seasons – Two MICHELIN Stars for two consecutive years
    Under the visionary leadership of Cantonese Master Chef Tam Kwok Fung, Chef Tam's Seasons has garnered Two MICHELIN Stars for a second consecutive year. Located at Wynn Palace, the restaurant is renowned for its ever-changing menus based on Chef Tam's philosophy of 24 solar terms and for also paying tribute to the rich cultural traditions of Cantonese cuisine.
  • Mizumi – One MICHELIN Star for two consecutive years
    Mizumi, helmed by Executive Chef Hironori Maeda, has received One MICHELIN Star for a second straight year. Chef Maeda presents an authentic Japanese culinary experience through his emphasis on seasonal ingredients, and he ensures that every dish is crafted with the utmost care.
  • Three MICHELIN Selected restaurants at Wynn
    SW Steakhouse, Lakeview Palace, and Drunken Fish have all been recognized as MICHELIN Selected restaurants, a reflection of the variety of high-quality cuisines on offer at Wynn Macau and Wynn Palace.

Black Pearl Restaurant Guide 2026: Chef Tam's Seasons and SW Steakhouse rank again

Hailed as the "Oscars" of the Chinese culinary awards, the Black Pearl Restaurant Guide honored Wynn at its most recent awards ceremony in Singapore on March 23. Meituan, the organizer of the Black Pearl Restaurant Guide awards event revealed this year's honors for two Wynn restaurants: 

  • Chef Tam's Seasons – Elevated to a Two-Diamond Black Pearl restaurant
    In recognition of Chef Tam Kwok Fung's innovative philosophy of 24 solar terms in his re-creation of Cantonese cuisine, Chef Tam's Seasons garnered a One-Diamond rating last year. Now in 2026, Chef Tam's Seasons has been elevated to a Two-Diamond restaurant by the Black Pearl Restaurant Guide – the only restaurant in Macao to rise in rankings. Through his thoughtful selection of ingredients, attention to seasonality and meticulous culinary techniques, Chef Tam presents an unparalleled dining experience that celebrates China's rich cultural heritage with an innovative twist.
  • SW Steakhouse – One-Diamond Black Pearl restaurant for five straight years
    SW Steakhouse, a classic American steakhouse helmed by Executive Chef Helder Sequeira Amaral, is known for its high-quality steaks, artfully prepared dishes and attentive service. SW Steakhouse has now received the One-Diamond restaurant honor from the Black Pearl Restaurant Guide for a fifth consecutive year, consistently reigning as one of the most iconic steakhouses in Macao.

Asia's 50 Best Restaurants 2026: Chef Tam's Seasons represents Macao for three straight years

On March 25 in Hong Kong, Asia's 50 Best Restaurants 2026 revealed that Chef Tam's Seasons ranks #7 on the list for a third consecutive year. Chef Tam's Seasons also received the "Best Restaurant in Macau" honor, remaining as the only restaurant in Macao to rank on the list.

This marks the third year in a row for Chef Tam's Seasons to represent Macao – a reflection of the restaurant's growing influence on the culinary industry and shines a global spotlight on Macao's vibrant culinary scene. Asia's 50 Best Restaurants is a coveted annual list determined by the Asia's 50 Best Restaurants Academy, an influential group composed of more than 350 leaders in the restaurant industry.

In a tribute to this annual celebration of Asia's dynamic dining scene, Executive Chef Tam Kwok Fung partnered alongside Mark Lloyd, Director of Bars at Wynn Macau and Wynn Palace, who is in charge of Wing Lei Bar; May Chow, winner of "Asia's Best Female Chef" and founder of Little Bao; and several of Asia's top bartenders to present the "Ten At The Top" gastronomic event in Hong Kong on the evening of March 24. This event brought together 10 of Asia's leading culinary and bartending professionals who skillfully paired exquisite Cantonese cuisine with creative cocktails.

After the awards ceremony, Chef Tam Kwok Fung joined forces with nine of Asia's top chefs to host a "Dim Sum Party" at Luk Yu Tea House, an iconic cultural landmark in Hong Kong renowned for honoring China's tea culture and for its dim sum traditions. The chefs made their very own distinctive sauces to complement a variety of classic Cantonese dim sum. By participating in these two events – "Ten At the Top" and the "Dim Sum Party" – Wynn is pleased to continue supporting innovative collaborations and celebrating Asia's rich culinary heritage with leading figures from the region's food and beverage sector.
