Expressing Gratitude to Team Members and the Macao Community
Macao, September 3, 2026 – As this year marks the company's 20th anniversary in Macao, Wynn Macau, Limited is pleased to announce the launch of a one-time "Wynn Macau 20th Anniversary Share Award", under which eligible team members of Wynn Macau and Wynn Palace will be granted shares in Wynn Macau, Limited. Through this initiative, Wynn aims to extend appreciation to team members for their outstanding contributions over the years and share the company's success. Nearly 95% of the company's current full-time workforce of 11,660 will benefit from this initiative, reflecting Wynn's commitment to recognizing and rewarding talent while encouraging team members to grow alongside the company and create long-term value together.
Ms. Linda Chen, President, Vice Chairman, and Executive Director of Wynn Macau, Limited, said in her speech at the anniversary event that "This is a day of gratitude. Twenty years ago, I arrived in Macao filled with excitement and anticipation, joining our team in bringing Wynn Macau to life. Twenty years later, that same vision and passion have not only driven Wynn's growth but have also enabled me, together with our 11,660 team members and their families, to put down roots, build a career, and thrive in Macao. Every day, our team members are united by a shared sense of trust, purpose and aspiration as they showcase Macau's renowned hospitality and exceptional service to guests from around the world. Beyond our resorts, we have also extended this spirit of care into the community, continuing to contribute to Macau's development and well-being. None of our achievements would have been possible without the Central Government's support for Macau through its various policies, the strong support of the Macao SAR Government over the past two decades, as well as the trust, loyalty and dedication of every Wynn team member, for which we are deeply grateful."
Most remarkably, more than 1,400 day-one employees have remained with the company since the opening of Wynn Macau in 2006. These team members were invited to gather at the special anniversary event, where they looked back on the cherished journey of working alongside the company and Macao over the past two decades. The company also paid tribute to their 20 years of dedicated service by presenting each eligible day-one employee with a 20-year service certificate and a Wynn 20th Anniversary Share Award valued at MOP 50,000. Looking ahead, Wynn and its team members will continue to uphold the shared vision of "Two Decades of Shared Success, Committed to Partnership for a Sustainable Future", further strengthening their commitment to Macao and working together for a brighter future.
