Macao, March 30, 2026 – Wynn has been actively supporting the policy direction of the Macao SAR Government's "Healthy Macao Blueprint" and was one of the first companies to join the "Healthy Enterprise" program in 2024, continually fostering a company-wide health culture with diverse initiatives. At the recent 2025 Healthy Enterprise Program Awards Ceremony, Wynn was honored with the Excellence Award for Healthy Enterprises and the Excellence Award for Healthy Staff Cafeterias, in addition to the "Healthy Enterprise" commendation. These accolades fully demonstrate the company's exceptional achievements in leading the industry to enhance employee health and well-being as well as building a healthy workplace environment.

Launched by the Healthy City Committee and the Health Bureau of the Macao SAR Government at the end of 2023, the "Healthy Enterprise" program is aimed at integrating concepts that promote health into enterprises' daily operations and management through government–corporate collaboration, thereby creating a work environment conducive to the physical and mental well-being of employees. The 2025 program added six Excellence Awards for Healthy Enterprises and three Excellence Awards for Healthy Staff Cafeterias, with rigorous criteria applied to evaluate and recognize companies that demonstrated exceptional performance as role models in building healthy environments and promoting healthy diets over the past year. The evaluation criteria covered multiple areas, including health monitoring facilities, physical and mental health enhancement activities, satisfaction with relevant initiatives, quality of healthy dishes, and the dining environment.

Receiving two "Healthy Enterprise" awards reflects the remarkable success of the "Wynn Healthy Enterprise Program" since its launch in 2024. Over 110 health-related activities have been held under the program with more than 70,000 participants recorded to date, earning extensive support and recognition from team members while also effectively enhancing their well-being and overall work performance. The program thoroughly integrates health concepts into team members' daily work and life through a range of dedicated initiatives. These include promoting healthy diets and reducing food waste at staff restaurants; establishing well-equipped health stations to offer chronic disease screenings and free consultations with nutritionists and physiotherapists and encourage prevention-focused "proactive health management"; and regularly organizing various thematic activities such as mental health workshops, the Sports Month and the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Month, all in the hope of building a more health-friendly workplace environment from four key dimensions: physical examination, exercise, diet, and mental well-being. Moreover, Wynn has actively worked with multiple government departments, medical institutions, and social organizations to extend health concepts into the community through activities such as Jubilant Run, medical forums, and environmental exhibitions, fulfilling its corporate social responsibility with concrete actions.
