As a key contributor for Macao's long-term prosperity, Wynn has made notable progress in key areas over the past year, including environmental management, corporate governance, community investment, and talent cultivation. These efforts reflect Wynn's full support for the decarbonization vision of the Macao Government and China and injected new momentum into Macao's appropriate economic diversification.

Deepening Decarbonization Commitment with Multiple Accolades Awarded
In line with the Macao Government's decarbonization strategy, Wynn has embedded sustainability at the core of its operations. Wynn achieved a 10.6% decline in energy intensity and a significant reduction of 35.6% in Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emission intensity compared with the baseline year of 2019. Moreover, Wynn received multiple recognitions for its continued improvements in environmental management. These included the renewed EarthCheck Silver Certification, a nearly 40% score increase in the Chinese University of Hong Kong Business Sustainability Indices compared with our first year, and two accolades at the Television Broadcasts Limited (TVB) ESG Awards, where Wynn was the only Macao-based company to receive the "Best in ESG Practices" accolade.
Strengthening Governance and Responsible Procurement
To continuously enhance transparency in the supply chain, Wynn has refined the supplier review processes and environmental data collection mechanism by updating the Sustainability Policy, Supplier Environmental Standards, Sustainable Procurement Policy and Supplier Code of Conduct. Furthermore, Wynn became the first and only integrated resort in Macao with all its properties holding both international certifications from the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) Chain of Custody (CoC) and the Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC) Chain of Custody (CoC) in 2025. Wynn has also achieved the sourcing of 100% cage-free chicken shell eggs since 2024, further reinforcing the commitment to responsible procurement.
Advancing Partnerships with Local SMEs
Local small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are a key pillar of Macao's appropriate economic diversification. Wynn is committed to building a sustainable partnership ecosystem through industry collaboration and resource sharing, helping SMEs to improve operational efficiency while jointly creating a more vibrant and competitive market environment. In 2025, 84.2% of Wynn's total procurement spend came from local Macau suppliers, which not only demonstrates the company's steadfast commitment to empowering local businesses but also reflects its long-term vision of diversified development along with Macao's economy.
Empowering Team Members and Local Talent
In 2025, Wynn delivered over 360,000 training hours to our team members through a total of 3,956 classroom and online training courses. Wynn received multiple professional recognitions for outstanding performance in talent development, including the "HRLead Leading Brand in Human Resources and Talent Development" at the 2025 5th National Human Resources Innovation Competition and the "ATD Global Strategic Partner Award" from the Association for Talent Development (ATD). These accolades fully underscore Wynn's unwavering commitment to unlocking team members' potential and strengthening their leadership capabilities, and nurturing local talent.
Building a Vibrant Community
Upholding the mission of giving back to society and spreading care, the Wynn Care Foundation has ceaselessly advanced the long-term development of community services and charitable initiatives. In 2025, the Wynn Employee Volunteer Team reached the important milestone of its 15th anniversary.
