Macao, January 21, 2026 – Wing Lei Bar today reintroduces UNITY, a signature menu inspired by its global journey, and announces the launch of Wing Lei Bar & Friends — an ambitious year-long series of quarterly cocktail takeovers that positions Macao as the premier crossroads where global bartending culture converges.
After a year spent crossing continents, hosting world-renowned bartending icons, and welcoming the Asia's 50 Best Bars awards ceremony to its home at Wynn Palace in 2025, Wing Lei Bar enters its "sophomore season" with a bold statement of intent. This dual launch constitutes the most expansive creative program yet for the 29-seat salon, transforming the space into a rotating stage for the world's elite mixology talent.
A Menu Written in Friendships
Curated by Wing Lei Bar's Head Mixologist Mark Lloyd, UNITY is the distillation of a year of travel and collaborations with dozens of world-renowned bars from Buenos Aires to Bangkok. Drawing on his background in industrial chemistry and craft distilling, Lloyd channels scientific precision into a menu where relationships, not just recipes, sit at the center.
The menu spans four categories — Classics, Sours, Alternatini, and Stirred — weaving personal anecdotes into high-level craft. Highlights include:
- Hand of God: A banana-laced Boulevardier inspired by the monkey-themed Tres Monos in Argentina.
- Tommy's Holiday: A hyperlocal "traveling Margarita" honoring tequila legend Julio Bermejo.
- Basil Smash: A lip-smacking, vibrant green "Daisy" inspired by Lloyd's favorite Moebius cocktail, reimagined with a savory collision of Parmesan gin and pesto.
- Not Quite a Penicillin: A bold reinvention of Sam Ross's smoky classic, featuring oyster sauce and sand ginger — a testament to Lloyd's "mad scientist" precision.
All signature UNITY cocktails are priced at MOP 150, subject to a 10% service charge.
Wing Lei Bar & Friends
If UNITY records the past year, Wing Lei Bar & Friends is the roadmap for 2026. Billed as four quarterly "Volumes," each weekend takeover will host bars from a different region. Volume 1 kicks off with a focus on Asia, welcoming eight regionally and locally celebrated bars from January 23 to 25. The line-up of bars includes Chimney (Hangzhou), No Filter (Shanghai), Bar Choice (Shenzhen), Good Friends Club (Penang), Sugar Ray, You've Just Been Poisoned (Bangkok), Socio (Hong Kong), Bar Mind (Hong Kong), and Two Moons (Macao). Volume 2 in March 2026 shifts the lens to the world's most iconic cocktail capitals: New York, London, and Tokyo.
In an industry first, Wing Lei Bar is launching a year-long collectible campaign inspired by the cultural phenomenon of football sticker albums. Timed perfectly as the world gears up for the global matchups, the campaign taps into the bartending community's passion for the beautiful game. Each quarterly volume of Wing Lei Bar & Friends will feature limited-edition Panini-style stickers of participating guest bartenders and their signature cocktails. Guests will receive a complimentary sticker with each collaboration cocktail ordered, available in standard matte or rare, limited-edition glossy variants, to complete their official Wing Lei Bar & Friends collector's album.
"We're turning guest shifts into a collector's sport," says Lloyd. "It's a way to make these moments tangible—something you can take home, trade, and return for."

For Wynn Palace, the campaign reflects a broader philosophy: luxury does not have to be stuffy to be excellent. The jewel-box interior of Wing Lei Bar remains the setting for Lloyd's sophisticated balance of scientific precision and warm hospitality.
"Other luxury bars might hesitate to launch a sticker campaign," says Lloyd. "We see it as the perfect expression of our values: serious craft delivered with joy."

UNITY is now available at Wing Lei Bar, Wynn Palace. Wing Lei Bar & Friends Volume 1 launches from January 23 to 25 (Friday to Sunday), for one weekend only, with the next volume following in March 2026.
