Chef Tam's Seasons at Wynn Palace received the highest honor of "Black Diamond" award while Mizumi at Wynn Palace, Wing Lei and Drunken Fish are honored with the prestigious "Platinum" award for their culinary excellence and outstanding service. These achievements demonstrate Wynn's dedication to offering world-class dining and representing Macao's vibrant status as a "Creative City of Gastronomy".
Chef Tam's Seasons is helmed by Chef Tam Kwok Fung, serving a hyper-seasonal menu inspired by the 24 solar terms of traditional Chinese wisdom. Dishes are crafted using the finest and freshest seasonal produce and result in innovative and redefined Cantonese cuisine. Tea and wine pairings also contribute to an unforgettable dining experience, further celebrating the rich Chinese history and culture. Earlier this year, Chef Tam's Seasons was awarded two MICHELIN stars and ranked No. 9 on the Asia's 50 Best Restaurants 2025 list, where it also received the "Highest Climber Award".
Under the leadership of Executive Chef Hironori Maeda, Mizumi at Wynn Palace has distinguished itself as an exceptional Japanese restaurant, earning its first MICHELIN star this year. Chef Maeda is known for his contemporary Japanese cuisine, emphasizing the freshness and seasonality of ingredients. He has been recognized three times with the RED U-35 award – one of Japan's most influential culinary competitions honoring young chefs – and was named in the Forbes "30 Under 30 Asia" list.
Executive Chef Chan Tak Kwong is the mastermind behind the two-MICHELN-starred Wing Lei, preserving traditions of Cantonese cuisine and infusing innovative techniques. He masterfully prepares Cantonese classics while also highlighting their cultural characteristics, sourcing only the finest ingredients to ensure each one of his dishes is of the highest quality. As the perfect complement to his refined dishes, the centerpiece of the restaurant features an iconic Crystal Dragon composed of 90,000 Swarovski crystals, attracting diners from around the world.
Drunken Fish is an immersive seafood restaurant overseen by Executive Chef Henry Zhang. The dining establishment gathers the world's most premium seafood, skillfully integrates innovative culinary techniques from around the region, and cleverly infuses Moutai into seafood dishes. As the only restaurant in Macao to house a trendy Moutai-themed bar, Drunken Fish offers an extensive collection of Moutai liquors and an array of innovative Moutai cocktails. Drunken Fish also presents its very own "Live Auction of Fine Seafood and Wine", with prize-winning catches transformed into culinary masterpieces.
