Four Wynn chefs collaborate with an award-winning La Liste pastry chef to host a
10-hands celebratory dinner with a spotlight on Chinese and French wines
on November 20-21

Macao, November 18, 2025 – Wynn is proud to announce that four signature restaurants – Wing Lei at Wynn Macau as well as SW Steakhouse, Lakeview Palace and Mizumi at Wynn Palace – all received honors from the La Liste Top 1000 Restaurants 2025 awards ceremony held earlier in Wuxi, China. La Liste is recognized around the world as the ultimate global guide to the world's best restaurants, pastry shops and hotels. The rankings of four Wynn restaurants in the latest La Liste guide further underscores Wynn's commitment to delivering world-class dining experiences.

In celebration of this honor, the Executive Chefs from Wynn's four award-winning restaurants – Chan Tak Kwong (Wing Lei), Hironori Maeda (Mizumi), Helder Sequeira Amaral (SW Steakhouse) and Kevin Zhu (Lakeview Palace) – will partner with Diego Cervantes, Pastry Chef of Mi Cielo, one of the world's best pastry shops from Bordeaux, France and winner of the 2025 La Liste "Pastry Discovery Gem Award". Together, they will present a 10-hands dinner at Lakeview Palace on November 20 and 21 at 7pm. Through a thoughtfully curated eight-course menu, the celebratory dinner will showcase the signature culinary techniques and innovative flair of all five chefs, and each one of their dishes will be paired with legendary wines from the Domaines Barons de Rothschild (Lafite) group. Designed to be a unique culinary exchange between the cultures of France and China, guests will be given an opportunity to savor the finest wines from Château Lafite Rothschild, a first-growth Bordeaux winery in France, and the exceptional wines of Domaine de Long Dai from the Qiushan Valley in Shandong, China.

The award-winning Wing Lei restaurant, proud recipient of two MICHELIN stars and ranked as a Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star Restaurant, presents classic Cantonese cuisine with the exquisite craftsmanship and dedicated spirit of Cantonese culture. At the helm of Wing Lei is Executive Chef Chan Tak Kwong, who insists on using premium ingredients to present authentic Cantonese delicacies. As the perfect complement to his refined dishes, the centerpiece of the restaurant features an iconic Crystal Dragon composed of 90,000 crystals and individual blown glass elements, attracting visitors from around the world.

Mizumi, recipient of one MICHELIN star and the prestigious Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star award, is led by Executive Chef Hironori Maeda. Chef Maeda has been recognized three times with the RED U-35 award – one of Japan's most influential culinary competitions honoring
young chefs – and was named in the Forbes "30 Under 30 Asia" list. For Chef Maeda, using the finest of ingredients imported directly from Japan is paramount. Each and every day at Mizumi, he meticulously presents the purity and freshness of Japanese cuisine for guests to experience modern Japanese dining in an elegant and contemporary ambience.

Helmed by Executive Chef Helder Sequeira Amaral, SW Steakhouse is a celebrated establishment in Macao recognized with the Black Pearl Restaurant Guide One-Diamond honor, the Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star Restaurant award, and ranked as a MICHELIN Selected Restaurant. The restaurant specializes in classic American steaks and the finest of seafood, featuring prime cuts from around the world including Gold Grade American Wagyu from Snake River Farms and Margaret River Wagyu from Australia. Enhanced by captivating theatrical performances staged every 30 minutes, SW Steakhouse offers a truly one-of-a-kind dining experience.

Lakeview Palace is led by Executive Chef Kevin Zhu, whose profound understanding of Huaiyang and Cantonese cuisines allows him to skillfully integrate traditional Jiangnan flavors with Cantonese elements, presenting an innovative interpretation of the cuisine. Chef Zhu insists on the use of seasonal ingredients and expressing the beauty of art and culture through his dishes, ensuring that each dish honors traditional flavors while embracing new culinary techniques. Guests can savor his innovative dishes in an elegant setting while enjoying the breathtaking views of the Performance Lake.
