Thoroughly Practicing Sustainable Procurement and Setting Industry Benchmarks
Macao, December 19, 2025 - Wynn Macau has recently successfully passed an audit conducted by third-party certification agencies to obtain certifications from the “Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) Chain of Custody (CoC) and the Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC) Chain of Custody (CoC).” Following the previous certification obtained by Wynn Palace, Wynn has now become the first and only integrated resort in Macao with all its properties holding both certifications. This achievement signifies that wild-caught and farmed seafood offered by Wynn complies with internationally recognized standards for sustainable fisheries and traceable supply chains.
Wynn Palace secured the dual MSC and ASC CoC certifications as early as 2021, and Wynn Macau’s certification this year confirms that all Wynn properties in Macao are in compliance with the stringent standards set by MSC and ASC CoC. The certifications ensure that our seafood products handled under the certified process are traceable across every step—from procurement to the dining table, and are sourced from certified sustainable fisheries or responsible aquaculture sources. This not only ensures that Wynn upholds globally recognized standards for sustainable seafood sourcing and handling but also reflects our commitment to setting a benchmark for operational excellence in the hospitality industry.
