Macao, August 26, 2025 – To remember history and promote the patriotic pursuit of unity and progress among Chinese people, Ms. Linda Chen, President, Vice Chairman and Executive Director of Wynn Macau, Limited, led a group of 50 senior management executives and young team members from various departments to participate in the "For National Liberation and World Peace – Thematic Exhibition Commemorating the 80th Anniversary of the Victory in the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War" after its opening.
Deeply rooted in Macao, Wynn is committed to promoting patriotic education and love for the country and Macao. By arranging a visit to this themed exhibition, Wynn aims to deepen team members' memory of the history and their sense of patriotism. The precious historical images and videos allow Wynn team members to vividly recall the 14-year long arduous resistance against Japanese aggression and understand the significance and core message of the victory. They were also touched by the close bonds between Macao and the nation through exhibits that display the various support from Macao for the nation's war of resistance.
Themed "Remembering History, Honoring Martyrs, Cherishing Peace, and Creating a Great Future", the exhibition displays precious historical images and videos in six sections, revisiting the torturous resistance of the Chinese nation against Japanese aggression between 1931 and 1945 and the profound significance of the victory. The exhibition also displays Macao people's support for the resistance, including fundraising campaigns, refugee aid, and frontline support, reflecting the profound patriotic sentiments of Macao people weathering adversity together with the nation.
