SW Steakhouse presents a holiday feast for the senses
Executive Chef Helder Sequeira Amaral of SW Steakhouse – renowned for its exceptional prime meat and seafood – has crafted special festive dining menus for Christmas and the New Year. The holiday menus feature Alaskan king crab legs, French blue lobster and Snake River Farms Wagyu from December 20 to 27 and December 31 to January 1. These decadent dishes, paired with captivating theatrical performances combine to create a magical and memorable holiday dining experience at Wynn Palace.
"Sole e Mare" at Fontana presents Italian-inspired festive delicacies
Throughout the festive season, "Sole e Mare" at Fontana is offering an array of exclusive, Italian-inspired holiday dishes with Spaghetti with Sea Urchin And "Verace" Clam and Grilled Wagyu Beef Tomahawk among the highlights. Guests are welcome to savor very special festive "Sole e Mare" gastronomic experiences on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day (December 24 to 25 and December 31 to January 1) against the backdrop of the dazzling Performance Lake at Wynn Palace.
Celebrate the warmth of the holidays at Lakeside Trattoria
At Wynn Macau, Lakeside Trattoria boasts stunning views of Nam Van Lake – an idyllic setting for a magical festive dining experience. From now through January 6, the trattoria is offering a colorful Christmas-themed Afternoon Tea Set featuring a selection of sweet and savory morsels, from Santa Claus pastries to Christmas snow globes for family and friends to enjoy together on a leisurely winter afternoon. From December 24 to 25, Lakeside Trattoria will also present a Christmas set menu for four persons featuring a variety of classic Italian dishes and Christmas-themed desserts. On New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, the restaurant will offer a New Year's set menu for four persons featuring festive dishes prepared with premium ingredients including white truffles, lobster, and prime cuts of meat.
A special toast and sweetness to the holidays
Throughout the festive season from December 20 to 27, Wing Lei Bar is getting a Campari festive makeover to accompany the themed festive menu. Head Mixologist Mark Lloyd will also craft a special selection of creative Christmas cocktails at SW Steakhouse and Wing Lei Bar at Wynn Palace as well as Cinnebar at Wynn Macau for guests to raise a toast to the holidays.
To spread even more holiday cheer, Pronto at Wynn Palace is offering desserts with an Italian twist including a devilishly delicious chocolate pizza and more on December 24 and 25. Sweets and Buns & Bubble at Gourmet Pavilion – the popular Asian culinary landmark at Wynn Palace – will offer exquisite candies, pastries, and limited edition holiday desserts from now through January 6. The pastry chef at Lakeside Trattoria will also be preparing beautifully crafted chocolates, cookies, and desserts for guests to purchase as gifts for family and friends.
