Macao, February 27, 2026 – Wynn Macau, Limited is pleased to announce that paid maternity leave for eligible female team members will be increased from the current 70 days to 90 days. This enhanced benefit applies to female employees who have completed one year of continuous service as of the date of confinement. The new initiative will take effect on March 1, 2026, reflecting the company's strong commitment to employee well-being and family-friendly policies. Wynn proactively supports the Macao SAR Government's policy direction of promoting a family-friendly workplace. By further enhancing the employee care system, the company aims to contribute to the sustainable development of Macao.

Wynn always regards team members as its most valuable asset, and constantly reviews and enhances its compensation and benefits programs. Following its pioneering move in 2018 to increase paid paternity leave for male employees to 7 days—setting a benchmark within Macao's hospitality industry—Wynn is now extending paid maternity leave. The initiative is aimed at ensuring that employees have sufficient time to recover physically and mentally during this important stage of welcoming a new family member, while fostering their bond with the newborns and supporting overall family harmony.
