Focusing on Leadership Building in the AI Era and

Macao, April 15, 2026 – The 2026 ATD x Wynn Asia Leadership Summit jointly organized by Wynn and the Association for Talent Development (ATD) is being held at Wynn Palace from April 15 to 16, with support from the Commerce and Investment Promotion Institute (IPIM), Macao Government Tourism Office (MGTO), and the Education and Youth Development Bureau (DSEDJ) of the Macao SAR Government. Themed "Future-Ready Leaders in the Age of AI", the event is gathering over 200 talent development executives and experts from leading enterprises in the Asia-Pacific region, who will explore together the cutting-edge approaches to leadership reinvention and talent strategies in the era of AI. The summit will not only help to elevate talent development standards in the region but will also demonstrate Macao's strength in hosting highend international conferences. By attracting international visitors, the event will support Macao's development into a world-class MICE destination.
The opening ceremony was held today at Wynn Palace Grand Theater and officiated by Mr. Leong Wa Fong, Acting President of Board of Directors of IPIM; Ms. Jennifer Si Tou, Acting Director of MGTO; Ms. Cheong Man Fai, Head of Department of Youth of DSEDJ; Dr. Wang Wei, ATD Global Senior Director; and Mr. Frederic Luvisutto, Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director of Wynn Macau, Limited. Other attendees included Mr. Gene Cai, ATD Managing Director of Asia Pacific; Mr. Paul Epstein, Former NFL and NBA Executive; Mr. Josh Cavalier, Founder and CEO of JoshCavalier.ai; Mr. Jason Lai, Principal Conductor of the Yong Siew Toh Conservatory at the National University of Singapore; Mr. Craig Fullalove, Chief Financial Officer of Wynn Resorts, Limited; Mr. Price Karr, Chief Financial Officer of Wynn Macau, Limited; Mr. Wilson Ning, Chief Marketing Officer of Casino Marketing of Wynn Macau, Limited; Ms. Stephanie So, Senior Vice President of Human Resources of Wynn Macau and Wynn Palace; and Dr. Barry Ip, Vice President of Learning and Advancement of Wynn Macau and Wynn Palace. In addition, Wynn was awarded the "ATD Global Strategic Partner Award" by ATD in recognition of its support and contribution in promoting global talent development as an ATD partner.
