Macao, October 20, 2025 – Wynn hosted the opening ceremony of “Wynn Inspiring Through Talents Nurturing Program 2025” at Wynn Macau on October 16, marking an important milestone in corporate cultivation of local talent. The program is dedicated to assisting Macao youth and Wynn team members to enhance their professional skills and broaden opportunities for career development by providing them with a diverse learning platform, thus further elevating local talent’s quality and sustainable development. The opening ceremony comprised the “Wynn Return to School Program” inauguration ceremony and the “5th Wynn Culinary Apprentice Program” commencement ceremony, comprehensively demonstrating Wynn’s long-term commitment to local talent cultivation.
In active response to the Macao SAR Government’s talent cultivation policy, Wynn and Escola Seong Fan of the Macao Chamber of Commerce have jointly launched the “Wynn Return to School Program,” providing an opportunity for Wynn team members to continue secondary education. Designed and taught by Escola Seong Fan, the program aligns with Macao’s day-time secondary education curriculum, allowing graduates to pursue further studies at tertiary institutions. To support team members’ on-the-job studies, Wynn has specially set up dedicated classrooms and teaching facilities in back-of-house areas and flexibly adjusted their work schedule, underscoring the company’s commitment to employees’ well-being and career development.
The “Wynn Return to School Program” this year has seen active participation from 16 team members from the department of Table Games, who have demonstrated a strong craving for knowledge and personal growth. Ying Li from Table Games said, “I’m grateful to the company for offering us an opportunity to return to school. This allows us to improve ourselves while balancing work and study and to better seize opportunities for future career development.”
