Macau, December 8, 2015 – The International School of Macau (TIS) Crescendo Choir presented the gift of music at the lobby of Wynn Macau yesterday to kick start the festivities of the holiday season and to celebrate the success of the Wynn employee (WE) charity gift drive – WE Share. The charity initiative received overwhelming support from the Wynn employees, with more than four hundred gifts collected, which will be benefitting the underprivileged children through the help from Caritas Macau. Mr. Pun Chi Meng, Secretary General of Caritas Macau, attended the event and received the gifts and handmade greeting cards from Mr. Thomas Lau, Director of Human Resources of Wynn Macau.
The WE Share campaign brought out the Santa in everyone with participating employees donating new educational toys to the children from Caritas Macau. The gifts were sorted by the WE Volunteer team, and will later be delivered to the children together with the handmade greeting cards prepared by the Wynn employees and the children of the TIS Crescendo Choir.
The TIS Crescendo Choir comprises 54 primary students between the age of 5 and 12 years old. After their caroling, the students were invited to a Christmas party to enjoy an assortment of goodies. While enjoying the festive joy, they also get to understand the importance of sharing with the people in need and giving back to the society.
