The annual conference this year, under the theme of “Mutual Growth, Construction and Integration: Cultural and Artistic Innovation and Development of Greater Bay Area in the New Era,” was organized by the Guangdong Federation of Literary and Art Circles and the Federation of Associations of Cultural Sectors of Macau under the patronage of the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles (CFLAC) and the Secretariat for Social Affairs and Culture of the Macao SAR Government. The plenary session of the annual conference held on September 19 was attended by Mr. Zhang Zheng, Secretary of Party Leadership Group, Vice President and Member of the Secretariat of CFLAC; Hu Jingjun, member of the Standing Committee and Head of the Publicity Department of the Guangdong CPC Provincial Committee; and heads of the relevant government departments, cultural federations, and associations from the cultural and arts circles in the “9+2” cities of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. During the session, attendees discussed and exchanged ideas on various topics such as how Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao can establish a collaborative mechanism for innovation, consolidate advantageous resources, and develop a high-level hub for talent.
“Wynn Culture” is a new cultural initiative created by Wynn to support Macao's strategic vision of serving as an exchange and cooperation hub rooted in Chinese heritage with diverse cultures thriving in harmony. The brand seeks to strengthen Macao's unique role as a gateway between China and the world, expanding the global reach of Chinese culture through this vibrant city. With Wynn Culture’s official accession to the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Cultural and Artistic Cooperation Summit Mechanism as a new member, Wynn will fully leverage its strengths in cultural resources, international networking and innovative practices. The company will explore more collaborative opportunities with other cultural and artistic organizations in the Greater Bay Area and co-curate cultural projects that embrace both regional traits and a global vision, contributing its part to elevating the cultural power and international influence of Macao and the region.
