LAS VEGAS (Dec. 18, 2025)Wynn Las Vegas releases its lineup of Connoisseur by Wynn winter classes, now in its ninth year. The popular series offers guests unmatched access and exclusive experiences in an intimate setting from the resort's roster of world-class experts. This season, Connoisseur by Wynn debuts its first-ever destination class at Allegiant Stadium for a private tour and cooking demonstration.

"Our Connoisseur series is all about giving our guests a peek behind-the-scenes and a chance to roll up their sleeves alongside the resort's talented team of experts," said Brian Gullbrants, Chief Operating Officer – Wynn Resorts North America. "These classes offer something for everyone – combining a touch of exclusivity with the excitement of learning something new in an elevated environment."

Winter 2026 Connoisseur by Wynn classes and events include:

        The Cheese Connoisseur – Thursday, Jan. 15, 2 p.m. at Sinatra

Dominick DiBartolomeo, proprietor of The Cheese Store of Beverly Hills, returns to host an immersion into the world of cheese, offering expert tips on selecting cheeses and assembling standout boards while leading an exclusive tasting of cheeses and accompaniments. Tickets are $225 per person, plus tax and gratuity.

        Pizzaiolo for a Day – Thursday, Jan. 22, noon at Allegro

Hosted by Allegro's Executive Chef Enzo Febbraro, this lively, hands-on class teaches guests how to make a flawless pizza dough and shape it into oven-ready pies. A casual pizza lunch will follow. Tickets are $175 per person, plus tax and gratuity.

        Elevating Big Game Day Favorites – Wednesday, Jan. 31, 11 a.m. at Allegiant Stadium

For the first time, Connoisseur by Wynn will transport guests to Wynn Field Club at Allegiant Stadium for a behind-the-scenes tour of the stadium, followed by an exclusive cooking demo for elevating game day favorites with Chef Clayton Turnbow, executive chef of Charlie's Sports Bar. A casual lunch will follow. Must be 21 or over. Tickets are $250 per person, plus tax and gratuity.

        Decorate Cakes Like a Pro – Friday, Feb. 6, 11 a.m. inside the Wynn Cake Studio

Master Cake Artist Carlos Pena takes guests behind the scenes into the resort's cake studio for an interactive experience featuring tips and techniques for professional cake decorating, including mastering icing, piping, and décor application. Limited to 12 participants. Tickets are $195 per person, plus tax and gratuity.

        Bubbles + Bites – Thursday, Feb. 12, 2 p.m. at Delilah

Experience an array of sparkling wines from Champagne, as well as prosecco, cava, and more, paired with a variety of small bites. Guided by Wynn's Wine Manager Jeffrey Eichelberger, this tasting highlights the nuances among the many styles of sparkling wines. Must be 21 or over. Tickets are $195 per person, plus tax and gratuity.

        Mastering the Art of Bread – Thursday, Feb. 19, 11 a.m. inside the Wynn Bread Shop

Master Baker Johann Willar offers a behind-the-scenes look at the resort's bread bakery and teaches guests how to knead, shape, and bake a traditional baguette. Limited to 12 participants and includes a casual charcuterie lunch. Tickets are $175 per person, plus tax and gratuity.

        The Cocktail Connoisseur – Friday, Feb. 27, 2 p.m. at Sinatra

Learn how to create innovative cocktails, sample signature drinks, and learn recipes that elevate at-home entertaining with Master Mixologist Mariena Mercer Boarini. Tickets are $175 per person, plus tax and gratuity.

        The Secrets to Perfect Peking Duck – Thursday, March 12, noon at Wing Lei

Join Executive Chef Ming Yu for an exclusive in-kitchen class to learn techniques for preparing perfect Peking duck at home. A casual Peking  duck lunch will follow. Tickets are $195 per person, plus tax and gratuity.

        Behind the Scenes with Wynn's K9 Team – Friday, March 20, 11 a.m. at Intrigue

Led by Tim Falke, Wynn's head of K9 operations, the class will introduce guests to the resort's detection team and provide insight into the unit's training and screening protocols. Refreshments will be served. Tickets are $175 per person, plus tax and gratuity.

        Delilah Supper Club at Home - Thursday, March 26, noon at Delilah

Inspired by classic supper club dishes from the golden age of Hollywood and Las Vegas, Delilah's Executive Chef Jonathan Bauman teaches guests how to elevate home entertaining with flair, sharing tips to recreating Delilah's iconic dishes at home. A casual lunch will follow. Tickets are $195 per person, plus tax and gratuity.

        SW Steakhouse Cooking at Home – Thursday, April 9, noon at SW Steakhouse

Learn how to achieve flawless results when cooking steaks at home with SW Steakhouse's Executive Chef Mark LoRusso, featuring demonstrations of the restaurant's most popular dishes. Pastry Chef Michael Outlaw will also share his ideas for desserts to enjoy with the meal. A casual lunch will follow. Tickets are $195 per person, plus tax and gratuity.

        Simple Seafood Cooking – Thursday, April 16, noon at PISCES Bar & Seafare

Executive Chef Martin Heierling will demonstrate how to cook seafood with confidence with an engaging master class, followed by a casual lunch. Tickets are $195 per person, plus tax and gratuity.

        Florist For a Day – Friday, April 17, 11 a.m. inside the Wynn Floral Studio

Learn the artistry that goes into the resort's elaborate floral displays from Wynn's Director of Horticulture, Evelyn Herrera, where she and her team will share tips for maintaining fresh florals at home. Tickets are $195 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
