WYNN LAS VEGAS PRESENTS THE ULTIMATE SCREAMING EAGLE WINE DINNER AT SW STEAKHOUSE ON JUNE 6
An exclusive evening featuring one of the rarest Screaming Eagle tasting experiences in the United States
LAS VEGAS (May 5, 2026) – By popular demand, Wynn Las Vegas will once again partner with legendary cult winery Screaming Eagle to host an unforgettable wine dinner at SW Steakhouse on Saturday, June 6 at 7 p.m. As part of the Connoisseur by Wynn series, The Ultimate Screaming Eagle Wine Dinner offers guests a rare opportunity to experience multiple vintages from the winery's private library cellar.
"The Connoisseur by Wynn series is designed to bring guests closer to the world's most exceptional wines and the experts behind them," said Brian Weitzman, executive director of wine at Wynn Las Vegas. "Our exclusive collaboration with Screaming Eagle brings an iconic Napa Valley estate to the resort, offering a one-of-a-kind opportunity to explore prized vintages rarely available beyond the winery's own walls."
The dinner will feature a multi-course menu crafted by the resort's Vice President of Culinary Operations, Chef Christopher Lee, and SW Steakhouse's Executive Chef Mark LoRusso. The menu is designed to complement a selection of Screaming Eagle's elegant and structured wines, including two vintages each of Sauvignon Blanc, The Flight, and the estate's flagship Cabernet Sauvignon. Guests will be guided through the tasting by Estate Director Armand De Maigret, who will share insights into the winery's history, winemaking philosophy, and meticulous vineyard practices.
Screaming Eagle is a world-renowned producer of Napa Valley wines. It has garnered the highest acclaim from critics for decades and a devoted cult following since its inaugural 1992 vintage. Perched on a rocky hillside in the Oakville appellation, with sweeping views of the vineyards planted with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Sauvignon Blanc, it stands as one of the region's most exclusive and prestigious producers.
