Connoisseur by Wynn Returns This Spring and Summer with Acclaimed Culinary Voices at Wynn Las Vegas
Guest experts Winnie Yee, Jet Tila, and Ashley Graham will host immersive culinary experience
LAS VEGAS (April 6, 2026) – Wynn Las Vegas unveils its spring and summer lineup of Connoisseur by Wynn classes, running from April through June. The acclaimed series offers guests unparalleled access to the resort's roster of world-class experts through intimate, exclusive experiences. This season, Connoisseur by Wynn introduces new class offerings spotlighting celebrated food personalities, including Food Network star Chef Jet Tila, pitmaster "The Smoke Queen" Winnie Yee, and supermodel and entrepreneur Ashley Graham.

Oddsmaker for a Day – Thursday, April 23; noon at Allegro
Join Executive Director of Wynn's Race & Sports Book, Doug Castaneda, for an intimate roundtable lunch for an insider's view of the art and science of oddsmaking. Learn about a typical day at the Race & Sports Book and how to place odds on everything from sporting events to Hollywood's award season. Must be 21 years old or older to attend. BBQ with "The Smoke Queen" Winnie Yee and Executive Chef Alberto Trujillo – Thursday, April 30; 6:30 p.m. at the Wynn Event Lawn
One of a few female pitmasters in America, Winnie Yee's style of cooking is rooted in Chinese Malaysian culture and translated through traditional American smoking techniques. Yee's love affair with live fire cooking began with a small backyard baebecue business that blossomed into the widely acclaimed Smoke Queen Barbecue in Garden Grove, CA. Now with the launch of her first cookbook, "Chinese American Barbecue," Winne brings her BBQ without borders philosophy to Wynn's event lawn for a feast of Asian-inflected slow-cooked BBQ specialties prepared by Winne on Wynn's outdoor smoker alongside the resort's executive chef of catering and banquets, Alberto Trujillo. Perfect Danish Pastry at Home – Thursday, May 7; 11 a.m. inside Wynn's Danish Pastry Kitchen
Wynn's Danish Pastry Chef Diego Cubas shares his expert tips and techniques for achieving professional results when baking pastries at home. This in-kitchen interactive class is limited to 12 participants and includes a tasting. Tickets are $195 per person.
Cooking with Food Network's Jet Tila – Friday, May 15; noon inside Brahms Ballroom
Food Network personality Chef Jet Tila returns to Wynn Las Vegas to host an exclusive cooking demonstration where he will share the flavors, techniques, and stories behind some of his most iconic dishes, including his legendary drunken noodles, along with favorites from his best-selling cookbook, "101 Asian Dishes to Cook Before You Die." Tickets are $195 per person.
Tastes of Thai Town with Jet Tila – Saturday, May 16 at noon
Chef Jet Tila invites guests on a curated culinary tour of Thai dining in Las Vegas. The dine-around experience includes a visit to one of his personally selected standout Thai spots, Lotus of Siam, which he introduced Anthony Bourdain to its acclaimed regional cuisine during an episode of "Parts Unknown." This event is limited to 12 participants. Tickets are $295 per person.
Lucci Lambrusco Cocktail Tasting with Ashley Graham – Friday, May 22; 2 p.m. at PISCES
Wynn's Master Mixologist, Mariena Mercer Boarini, joins supermodel and entrepreneur Ashley Graham for a lively conversation and cocktail tasting of her new dry, fruit-forward sparkling red wine, Lucci Lambrusco. The presentation will be accompanied by small bites. Must be 21 years or older to attend. Tickets are $195 per person.
Small Bites, Big Flavors – Friday, June 5; at La Cave Food and Wine Hideaway
Executive Chef Billy DeMarco of La Cave Food and Wine Hideaway will show guests how to introduce a variety of delectable small plates for entertaining at home and how to make a big impression. This cooking demonstration and tasting will offer professional tips for creating dishes that are perfect for sharing and pairing with wines or craft brews. Tickets are $195 per person.
Cooking, Frank's Way – Friday, June 19; noon at Sinatra
Sinatra's executive chef Theo Schoenegger for a cooking demonstration onhow to prepare the legendary entertainer's favorite dishes, "his way." A casual lunch will follow. Tickets are $195 per person.
Tipsy Ice Cream Social – Thursday, June 25; 2 p.m. at SW Steakhouse
Create frozen delights that are perfect for the finale of a summer night's dinner with SW Steakhouse's executive pastry chef Michael Outlaw as he shows guests how to make the perfect dessert and drink concoction. Must be 21 years or older to attend. Tickets are $175 per person.
Mastering Dim Sum – Thursday, July 16; noon at Wing Lei
From wontons and wrappers to filling and dipping sauces, Wynn's master dim sum chef Sandy Shi will host an interactive in-kitchen class and share her tips and techniques for creating professional Chinese dumplings, while also learning about precision methods for frying to crispy perfection. A casual dim sum brunch will follow. Tickets are $195 per person.
