Set within the crown of the Resort Tower, they represent the highest and largest accommodations within Enclave, Wynn Al Marjan Island's boutique hotel experience.
Occupying the uppermost floors of the 70-story tower and spanning approximately 1,460 square meters each, the signature residences will offer soaring views of the Hajar Mountains and the Arabian Gulf. The Mayfair and Paris Apartments embody the highest expression of accommodations, with expansive scale, uncompromising privacy, and deeply personalized hospitality.
Design Collaboration
The Mayfair and Paris Apartments were created through a collaboration between Todd-Avery Lenahan, President and Chief Creative Officer of Wynn Design & Development, and internationally acclaimed design studios Anouska Hempel Design of London and Pinto of Paris. The meeting of three creative powerhouses, all synonymous with the world's most lavish spaces, on a scale such as this is exceptionally rare.
"I have long admired these two studios because both Pinto and Anouska Hempel are the originators of unique genres of design in our industry," says Todd-Avery Lenahan. "I sought to commission the ateliers that did it first — the studios that established many of the design principles still referenced throughout the highest levels of luxury design for decades. In an industry that can be so trend-driven and disposable, I wanted to create something rooted in the legacy of knowing what captivates people universally yet is entirely relevant to the most discerning contemporary guest."
For Lenahan, the Mayfair and Paris Apartments are the ultimate expression of one of the design philosophies exhibited throughout Wynn Al Marjan Island: that the rarest experiences are built on thoughtful, singular design. Created for a global guest accustomed to the world's most exceptional experiences, every element has been conceived to deliver moments that feel unexpected and unforgettable. As thoroughly bespoke experiences, these grand architectural spaces are imbued with the finest furnishings and custom design details created exclusively for the space.
The Paris Apartment
Conceived by renowned Paris design studio, Pinto, the Paris Apartment is evocative of a 21st-century collector and world traveler's apartment, bringing together bespoke creations, curated artworks, and objects gathered from around the globe within a soaring and dramatic two-story pied-a-terre.
Founded by the late Alberto Pinto in 1971, Pinto is synonymous with exquisite homes, yachts, and private jets created for a global clientele. The studio is led today by owner and co-artistic director Fahad Hariri and co-artistic director Pietro Scaglione.
"From the outset, we wanted an authentic expression of Pinto's design philosophy," says Lenahan. "The Pinto team sought to understand our business, our guest, and our principles — and then we set them free. We never questioned a material or a gesture. We wanted the pure expression of Pinto."
Grand columns heighten the sense of arrival, while reflections across glass surfaces draw the sky into the interior, lending the space a dreamlike quality. Throughout, hand-painted murals, collectible-quality artworks, and artisan-crafted lighting reward a second look — a fresh interpretation of Arabic hospitality that acknowledges the sophistication of the region's guests without resorting to familiar motifs.
"The space is composed of a mix of bespoke pieces, auction finds, and market discoveries — and that mix makes it a traveler's space," says Pietro Scaglione, co-artistic director of Pinto. "It is a dialogue of different ages and cultures. The challenge was for it to feel exclusive yet still feel like home."
The Mayfair Apartment
Designed by Anouska Hempel Design, the Mayfair Apartment draws inspiration from the great private residences of London. Classical planning, rich materiality, and exquisitely detailed craftsmanship create an apartment that feels at once grand and intimate. Its name is a tribute both to the studio's London roots and to the enduring affection many of the region's guests hold for Mayfair's signature exclusivity and elegance.
"Anouska created what are arguably the very first boutique hotels with her namesake London properties, Blake's and the Hempel," says Lenahan. "Guests of Anouska's hotel were a who's who from the global stage because of how she launched the ultimate boutique hotel experience."
Likened to a stately city home, echoing those found along Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park, a signature jewel-toned green runs throughout — seen in lacquered paneling, green marble, and richly detailed millwork, sharpened with gilded accents — beneath views spanning the Arabian Gulf coastline and the mountains beyond.
In-Apartment Experience
The Mayfair and Paris Apartments offer complete privacy and discretion from arrival to departure. Complemented by seven bedrooms, each Royal Apartment features multiple entertaining rooms, private bars, and opulent spaces for gathering. In-apartment dining, spa and salon treatments, entertainment, and personalized service are all delivered within the apartments, allowing guests to remain entirely within their private world should they choose.
"The Mayfair and Paris Apartments are palaces in the sky. There is nothing on the world stage today that will rival what we've created here." says Lenahan. "Everything comes to you. There are only two accommodations at this level of the tower, and every aspect of the experience has been intentionally designed around privacy, service, and personalization."
Enclave
The Apartments are located within Enclave, Wynn Al Marjan Island's boutique-hotel concept created as a rarefied destination within a destination. Enclave accommodations are located on the resort's uppermost floors and offer spectacular views of the Arabian Gulf. Guests arrive via a verdant, guarded, and exclusive entry drive that leads to a private lobby and dedicated elevators, with no more than nine suites on each floor. Enclave offers 323 suites, including three distinct categories of accommodation: The Mayfair and Paris Apartments, the Townhomes, and the Marina and Ocean Estates.
